I.- MEMBERSHIP.One can become a member of the Club Heritage by simply ACQUIRING (by purchase or gift) one numbered bottle from the annual bottling of the oldest reserve “Prestige PUNTO AZUL” brandy which, for its origin and its highest distinction, we have named the “Heritâge” series. Thus, its price is in accordance with its extraordinary and excellent quality, given its age. It is presented in exclusive 70 cl volume bottles (numbered from 1 to 325), made in Austria, to our own company design and registered with our company trademark. The annual bottling, in November, is taken from casks which have been unopened since 1980, and from the oldest stocks of “Prestige PUNTO AZUL” brandy reserve. Each bottling is immediately followed by replacement of brandy from earlier stocks. II.- Proof of club membership.The membership of the club is proven upon the presentation of the “PUNTO AZUL CLUB Heritâge” CARD/GOLD. Each card is stamped with a membership number corresponding to the number on the bottle acquired. These numbers, along with the personal data of those members whose application for membership is successful, are stored confidentially, under the Data Protection Act, in the Club records. These records are kept in the winery by Don Enrique Hepburn Alejandre. The membership number is assigned to the member which he/she belongs to the club and will appear on the bottles and other orders which are made. III.- Member rights and privileges.Membership of the club confers the following rights and privileges upon the holder:A.- PRODUCTS.1.-To take each year, at club membership price, his/her numbered bottle from the relevant annual bottling ( e.g. Heritâge 2000 PUNTO AZUL brandy bottling, Heritâge 2001 PUNTO AZUL brandy bottling). 2.-To take each year, at club membership price, up to a maximum of twelve numbered bottles from the three annual bottlings of the “PUNTO AZUL Prestige” series.3.- To take each year, at club membership price, up to a maximum of six 75 cl bottles of our Jerez wines, from the “Prestige ” range: – Vintage Amontillado “Don Pedro Romero”– Vintage Dry Oloroso “El Alamo” (5% Pedro Ximénez)– Vintage Palo Cortado “Hijo de Pedro Romero Villarreal”4.- To take each year, at club membership price, up to a maximum of sixty 75 cl. bottles of our most select Sanlúcar Manzanillas. They are bottled directly from the cask, with a single filtration, after a long aging under "a permanent veil of flowers and therefore a natural aging" in our wine cellars on Trasbolsa street, beside the sea. This product, given its delicate and simple treatment: – Will need to be ordered ten days in advance for the best preparation and bottling.– Should be consumed immediately after purchase (not more than thirty days) to conserve its wonderful characteristics.5.- To take each year, at club membership price, up to a maximum of ten cases of each one of our Manzanillas/Sanlúcar de Barrameda “Aurora” and “Pedro Romero”, bottled with normal market treatment and presentation, (recommended consumption: not more than six months). B.- OTHERS.6.- To participate in an annual draw, supervised by an official observer, for a seven day trip to Cuba on a program, promoted by Pedro Romero Ltd in collaboration with Viajes Rico and the Cádiz Chamber of Commerce, called “Travel to Cuba with the Spanish brandy “Pedro I”, Leader”. The draw will always take place when the number of club members reaches 325 and the prizes will consist of plane tickets and hotel accommodation with breakfast. These details will be specified in the rules of the draw.7.- To visit, once a year, our wine cellars in Sanlúcar de Barrameda with up to a maximum of four visitors per member where they will be attended by a Club Host and can sample our various labels and products, (please make arrangements three days in advance).8.- To use, once a year, our “DON PEDRO”" suite, at half of its usual hire price, to sample our products with club membership discount. These conditions apply up to a maximum of twenty people. Discounts for more than this number should be arranged with the Management.9.- Especially, to attend the Annual General Meeting of the Members of our winery and to enjoy samples of our Manzanillas and Sherries. The members can attend with one guest and a fixed amount will be charged, to be reviewed each year, and of which the members will be informed two months in advance. These meetings will start to be celebrated when the Club has reached a minimum of 175 members |

Tradicionalmente los aguardientes destilados en Sanlúcar de Barrameda(Cádiz-Andalucía,Reino de España) se envejecían en botas de roble,bien del país,o importados de América(Canadá,Costa Rica).- La Casa Pedro Romero,hacia 1945,uno de los mayores exportadores de brandies españoles a Cuba,Puerto Rico y Venezuela,los ensoleró siempre en roble de Costa Rica.- La Clasificación maderera de calidades se distinguía con un punto,blanco,rojo o azul,siendo este último,el indicativo del mejor roble.-Pareció adecuado registrar esa denominación y por eso, en el mejor roble, se envejece el mejor brandy español: "PUNTO AZUL"
